We have partnered with the nation’s largest telehealth providers to transform how private sector telehealth services are delivered to underserved communities. Thanks to Giving Health, these communities now have access to around-the-clock care whenever and wherever they need it.
Building Community Partnerships
At Giving Health, we understand that we are one part of a community-based approach to advancing health equity. We work in close collaboration with Community Health Workers, Free and Charitable Clinics, Food Pantries, Housing Authorities, Family Connections chapters, and dozens of other organizations to deliver comprehensive patient centered care.
