Eligible individuals and families can access medical, mental health, and social care services for NO COST. Members pay for prescription medications at their preferred retail pharmacy. Giving Health offers access to discount and other Rx programs to help offset these costs.

Once your registration is received an Enrollment Specialist from Giving Health will reach out typically on the same day but not later than the next business day to confirm your information. If you are eligible for Giving Health services, your account will be activated, and you can seek care the moment the call is over.

Each enrolled member and up to 7 immediate family members can access ALL Giving Health services

for No-Cost.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

Initial membership is for 12 months

Giving Health will confirm a member’s eligibility to continue in the program once annually

Members will be contacted by phone, email, or text to confirm eligibility for another year
