Member speaks to a Care Coordinator who will triage and update the Electronic Health Record (EHR) along with all symptoms.


Physician reaches out in minutes w/ consult & recommends a treatment plan. If a prescription is necessary, it’s sent to the pharmacy of the member's choice.


The doctor will update the EHR immediately after the consultation. The member has 24/7 secure access to their member portal.


Members Seeking Counseling Sessions simply call the Toll Free number. After the first consult, 30 minute sessions are then prearranged to fit the members' schedule.
  • All Physicians are licensed to practice medicine in Georgia and have an average of 9 years of experience in emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or pediatrics.

  • Our provider network is staffed exclusively by physicians.  All aspects of physician recruitment, credentialing, training, and telehealth program management are managed in-house contributing to accountability and responsiveness.  This structure is somewhat unique in the telehealth industry as other telehealth service providers often contract with third party provider networks comprised of physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.

  • All physicians have successfully completed a rigorous review process that includes background checks, a multi-stage interview process, and assessment of their medical treatment proficiency

  • A care management team supports physicians by taking all incoming calls to verify the patient's health history, confirm and fully document the current health issue, establish whether there are complicating factors, identify current prescription medications, drug allergies, etc

  • All consultations are Free and archived with the highest security and only accessible by the patient and physician.

  • All counselors are social workers or marriage and family therapists licensed in Georgia.   Counselors have 5 or more years of experience and have earned a Master's Degree in their chosen profession. 

  • The counseling service can help people in crisis as well as help address personal problems early in an effort to prevent crisis. The counseling service provides assistance for a wide range of personal matters, such as self-improvement, parenting/family, marital/relationship, workplace issues, depression, anxiety, alcohol/drug abuse, gambling, etc. 

  • The counseling service is a confidential program.  As required by law, counselors cannot release information without the member’s signed consent with the exception of emergency situations and to report child abuse. 

  • Like the medical benefit, there are no costs to use the counseling service

  • Rx Valet is included in our telehealth solution. Rx Valet can provide discounts of up to 80 percent on prescription medications.

  • If a physician determines that it is appropriate to order a prescription medication, members will be able to search Rx Valet for the lowest prescription drug price near where they live and work.  

  • Members will pay for the prescription medication at the point of sale. If a prescription is too costly for the member to purchase, Giving Health will work with that member to find a lower cost alternative. 

  • DEA controlled substances, life style medications, and medications that are considered harmful because of their potential to be abused will not be prescribed.

  • Discounts are available exclusively through participating pharmacies. The range of discounts will vary depending on the prescription and the pharmacy chosen. This program does not make payments directly to pharmacies. Members are required to pay for all prescription purchases. You may cancel your registration at any time or file a complaint by contacting Customer Care. This program is administered by Medical Security Card Company, LLC of Tucson, Arizona.


Activating a no-cost telehealth membership is easy.  Once registration is done, the member will establish their member portal user name and password.  From the portal the member updates their electronic medical record, adds dependent information, and selects their preferred pharmacy.  These steps take only a few minutes and the member is ready for their first consultation!


Members can schedule a telephonic or video consultation with a licensed physician or counselor via the phone or internet.    Rx Valet discount coupons are available in the member portal and can be downloaded as soon as a prescription is ordered.  Once a consultation is completed, the physician's notes are placed in the member portal where it can be printed or forwarded to a primary care physician by the member. 

Care coordinators are on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to assist new members with every step of the process and can even schedule a consultation for a member.   Accessing no cost telehealth services is easy & designed with one goal in mind - empower our members to TAKE BACK CONTROL OF THEIR HEALTHCARE. 


We will partner with Healthcare Providers and Community Groups across metro Atlanta to enroll thousands of individuals and families in need of our no cost telehealth program.  New members will have multiple avenues for registration, including; at home through community health worker visits; at churches and other community gathering locations; at partner places of engagement with members, or via an online web enabled enrollment tutorial. Simplicity and enrollment flexibility is our objective!
