WELCOME
Giving Health is a first of its kind not for profit, 501 (c)3 organization! We are leading a revolution in health care delivery by providing FREE telehealth services to
low-income, uninsured residents across Georgia.
We have created the first health care delivery model that provides FREE on-demand virtual medical and mental health care for low income, uninsured residents who struggle to access quality, affordable care.
All that is needed is a phone, smart device, or computer to access physicians, mental health counselors, discount prescriptions, and referrals to social services.
Giving Health works in collaboration with many community-based organizations including free and charitable clinics, food pantries, community health workers, county housing authorities, and many others to address our members’ needs.
We pride ourselves on helping residents access the care they need when they need it.
No one is left behind!

SERVICES
Giving Health leverages telehealth technology and services to provide our members access to care. So, what is telehealth?
Telehealth is simply the use of information and telecommunications technology – including phones, smart devices and laptops – to provide consultations with medical professionals, access health information, and refer members to community-based organizations for assistance with social services.

GEORGIA NEEDS GIVING HEALTH
Though Georgia offers world-class health facilities and is a hub for medical research, it ranks near the bottom nationally for many key health measures including:
-
Number of uninsured residents
-
Health care access and affordability
-
Access to mental health counselors
-
Access to primary care physicians
For Georgia’s low-income, uninsured residents, the lack of health care access results in missed opportunities for prevention and treatment, higher rates of chronic disease, and for many residents shorter life expectances. These are our members.
